Hillsdale College (April, 2024)….

While on his recent visit to Hillsdale College, Mike had the opportunity of interacting with the World Record holder in Para-Bunker Trap. Of course, Sophia Bultema is a tremendously talented shotgun competitor. She is also one of the most amazing young women Mike has ever had the privilege of getting to know. His time with Sophia at Hillsdale, and a Zoom meeting after his visit resulted in an article about Sophia’s life, focusing on the heritage of shooting she gained after her adoption from an orphanage in mainland China. That article appeared recently in Shoot-On. Have a read, and plan to be at the Para Trap Grand Prix from June 23-30 at Hillsdale College’s John Anthony Halter Shooting Sports Education Center (home of USA Shooting).
